Spices are also known as masala, these are the heartbeat for the Indian kitchen. In any dish spices are used, it gives fragrant and delicious dishes. Each spice has a unique flavor, but when we use together with other spices, it gives a special taste to the dishes. These spices used in many health benefits, medicinal purposes to avert decease and also to conserve food. Here we have listed some Indian spices.

Red Chilli

In Indian cooking, red chilies or powder are used for preparing curries to add flavor, heat to the non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes. Forgiving spicy taste to the dishes like classic chili recipes or vegetable stews adds more chilies with extra cumin. Chilies are mandatory for the making of any dish.
