At Vindoos, we can ensure unprecedented customer service, from answering any questions to ordering food to precise delivery, you will always be our priority.

Depending on the size and scope of your event, we typically require a minimum of 24hr to one week’s notice

  1. For Outdoor catering 100 nos

  2. For Buffet Service 100 nos

  3. For Corporate Catering 100 nos

  4. For Food Truck 450 nos

  5. In case the guest count falls below the minimum guarantee, the minimum guarantee agreed will be charged

  1. 50 % of the total amount guaranteed for cancellation made 24 hours or less, prior to the date of reservation for outdoor catering

  2. No charge for cancellation made 24 hours or more, prior to the date of reservation

  1. Packaging and transportation charges will vary based on the spread and distance of the delivery location

  2. Food & Beverage which is not part of the package will be chargeable

  3. Our charges excluding GST of 5%

  1. We require a 50% advance payment to confirm the event/ booking
