Spices are also known as masala, these are the heartbeat for the Indian kitchen. In any dish spices are used, it gives fragrant and delicious dishes. Each spice has a unique flavor, but when we use together with other spices, it gives a special taste to the dishes. These spices used in many health benefits, medicinal purposes to avert decease and also to conserve food. Here we have listed some Indian spices.

Red Chilli


In Indian cooking, red chilies or powder are used for preparing curries to add flavor, heat to the non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes. Mustard Seeds


Generally, mustard seeds are in yellow, black, or brown. In Indian cooking, mustard seeds are use interchangeably. When it's cooked in oil, it releases mustard flavor. It can use in curries, curry powders, and rice dishes. Its oil is commonly use in North India.



Garlic is used widely as a flavoring in cooking cuisines in the world. It shares some nutritional benefits with onions and leeks. If you uses this garlic in every cuisines , it controls lower cholesterol and blood lipids and to protect blood vessels.
